Return Policy


  1. A clear open box video with clear visual of our product is must for exchange. Without clear visual of our product's open box video the product cannot be accepted for exchange.
  2. The product can only be replaced by the other product.
  3. The products are delivered only after complete quality checking.
  4. The products can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect.
  5. There is no return or refund possibilities unless the similar product of the customer is unavailable.
  6. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
    Our pickup partner will check the product and collect it from your doorstep within 5–7 business days.
    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  7. Customers with frequent or excessive exchange requests are restricted to claim exchange or return.
  8. All disputes subject to jurisdiction.
